2.2. The Gift Card value cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other type of credit.
3.1. The Gift Card is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase.
3.2. After the expiration date, any unused balance will be canceled without the right to a refund.

5.3. The Gift Card may not be resold, refunded, or converted into cash.
